What is Ignite Your Spark?
Are you facing burnout from the corporate world? Are you constantly feeling the push and pull between success at your job and making time to care for yourself? Ignite Your Spark is a 12 week resilience journey designed to restore the balance of ambition with the need for a satisfied soul.
While climbing the corporate ladder and striving for that C-Suite, our bodies can become so disregulated–and most of the time we’re unaware until it’s too late. We’ll work together to find which regulation habits work for you and help you reconnect with your body, so you can begin to be partners with, not victims of, your nervous system and how it responds to stress.
When you become the regulated person in the boardroom, you become a person of influence. You can lead others to a grounded outcome and avoid the mass panic and hysterical decision-making that are commonplace in the corporate world today.

What is the Regulated Coach,
8 Week Cohort?
Leadership can be lonely. But it shouldn’t be. In The Regulated Coach, our Cohort meets weekly for 8 weeks to delve into nervous-system informed coaching tactics, develop regulation habits that suit your personal needs, and experience safety in the community of leaders that will celebrate the successes and learning lessons together.
What is Breath Therapy?
Breathwork and breath therapy are powerful practices that use the breath as a tool to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. By consciously controlling and deepening the breath, you can tap into your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. Breathwork techniques can help release stored tension, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity. They also support better circulation, boost energy levels, and enhance your overall sense of calm and presence. Some have even found it helpful in releasing trauma stored in the body.
In a breathwork session, you’ll be guided through various breathing exercises tailored to your needs and comfort level. These might range from deep, diaphragmatic breathing to more rhythmic patterns designed to shift your energy or release emotional blockages.
I use the Integral Breath Therapy Method, created by Carol Lampman over 35 years ago. This technique is used all over the world in both professional and medical communities, focusing on the interconnection and unification of the body. As you engage with your breath, you may experience a deep sense of relaxation, heightened awareness, or even emotional release (lots of people cry during breathwork–totally normal!). People walk away from a breathwork session feeling more in control of themselves and their circumstances, more connected to themselves and have a much greater sense of inner peace and resilience.

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that taps into the universal life force to help restore balance and harmony within your body and mind. During a Reiki session, you lie down fully clothed in a peaceful, comfortable environment. As your Reiki practitioner, I most commonly place my hands on your head and feet, channeling positive energy into you.
This energy helps to clear blockages, reduce stress, and promote healing on all levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Many people describe the experience as deeply relaxing, sometimes feeling warmth, tingling, or a soothing flow of energy. While it’s a subtle and non-invasive practice, Reiki can have profound effects, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to your true self.

Reiki for pets is a fantastic and gentle energy healing practice designed to support the well-being of your furry friend. Just like humans, animals have their own energy fields that can sometimes become imbalanced due to stress, illness, or emotional upheaval. During a Reiki session, your pet will either sit, lie down, or be held in a calm, comfortable space. And similar to my sessions with my 2-legged clients, I gently place my hands near your pet, channeling soothing, healing energy into their body.
Pets often respond very positively to Reiki, showing signs of relaxation such as deep breathing, closing their eyes, or even drifting off to sleep. The energy helps to calm their nervous system, ease pain, and promote overall health and vitality. Whether your pet is dealing with physical issues, emotional challenges, or simply needs a little extra TLC, Reiki can help them feel more balanced, peaceful, and content.
